Purchases and Payments

Payments made through the Site are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

All prices displayed on the Site are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your merchandise. Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@eltrombone.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Final-sale items, if marked as such, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Email Communications

By signing up for our email list, you agree to receive marketing communications from El Trombone. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your orders.
